Simply enter the username of the Instagram user's photos you wish to download, and Instagram Downloader instantly creates a text file with all of the URLs relating to Instagram photos by that user.

You can then cut and paste each URL into a download manager such as your default manager or the DownThemAll! extension for Firefox. Alternatively you can use a standalone downloader such as JDownloader. It would be preferable if Instagram Downloader had an integrated downloader built-in but its still a very powerful tool.
